How annual bonus is calculated ?? For DOP

let's calculate bonus for this year for regular employee.

Bonus to be paid for 60 days

Ceiling limit Rs.7000 /- per month

Here bonus is to be paid for 60 days not for two months.

Hence let's calculate average days in months

365 / 12 = 30.4 days in each month.

Here Rs.7000/- is ceiling limit for a month. Hence we can calculate as bellow

30.4 days bonus. Rs.7000

Then 60 days bonus. ??

= 7000 × 60 / 30.4

= 13816
